Our extensive inventory of precision machines include:

Mazak Integrex 650HS 5-axis machining center that has the capacity to machine parts up to 144” long with a 36” swing to a tolerance of +/- 0.0001 inches.  In addition to its machining capabilities it can also be used as a OD and ID grinder.

Mitsubishi Horizontal CNC boring mill with a rotary table capable of machining castings up to 22,000 pounds.

Horizontal CNC machining centers with full 4-axis contouring capabilities.

Zoller Tool Pre-Setter for offline tool measurement to minimize change over times on machining jobs.

All products manufactured at Oak Press Solutions undergo a complete quality inspection before they are relased to our assembly department.  We use a Faro Laser Tracker which utilizes cam measurement software for full CMM analysis to inspect machined castings.  The Faro unit has a +/-0.001" tolerance over a 20 ft. radius.
