Providing prompt and courteous service to our customers has always been a top priority of OAK Press Solutions employees.   We understand the demands placed on manufacturing facilities today so we maintain an extensive inventory of spare parts and assemblies to better serve our customers.

Normal turnaround is less than 24 hours for the vast majority of replacement parts.  We also maintain an extensive database that contains all critical information on every press OAK Products has ever manufactured.

Our highly trained and experienced service department provides startup, rebuilding and troubleshooting assistance for our worldwide customer base.  All of our service technicians are involved with the assembly and testing of all our presses.  This process gives them an in depth understanding of every aspect of the press operation.
